As part of an analysis workflow, Maps Software allows you to inspect the complete sample in more detail, while correlating data from multiple sources. Accepting a wide range of image formats, Maps Software provides you with an easy way to import, align and co-visualize multi-modal, multi-scale imagery.

Video shows easy navigation on a Carbon nanotube sample with Maps Software, zooming into a single Carbon Nanotube; from SEM to TEM. 

Video shows LM-STEM to STEM imaging with Maps Software on Pt-Ir nanoparticles,  zooming in to a few nanoparticles.

Video shows the analysis of 30-micron superficial layer of shot-peened, aerospace grade Aluminum alloy (A7075-T651). The very large 30x70 µm lamella was prepared using a Thermo Scientific Helios G4 PFIB. The STEM imaging and EDS analysis was done on a Thermo Scientific Talos F200X G2 S/TEM.

MAPS Offline Viewer

Description: This is a free, standalone application for viewing MAPS projects from a PC.
OS supported: Windows 7/8.1/10.  
Instructions: After installation, launch the application and import your projects for viewing.

MAPS Offline Viewer allows you to open MAPS projects on any PC. It also allows easier sharing of results without the need to have a licensed version of MAPS. The viewer does not allow processing steps like stitching etc.
