FEI 2010 Owner Image Contest Apple iPad Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

Rules

By participating in this giveaway with FEI Company, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of the giveway. Must be at least 18 years old. User can only register one (1) email address with FEI Company. If you register using multiple Email addresses, you will be disqualified. One (1) winner will be randomly selected during the week of August 16, 2010.

Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To participate in the 2010 FEI Owner Image Contest Apple iPad giveaway, you must register with a valid e-mail address, and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the program.
   
   By registering to vote for an image and enter the giveaway, you may agree to opt-in to receive future communications from FEI. You may refine the delivery of communications or opt-out of receiving communications from FEI by visiting FEI Newsletter page.
   
   
2. ELIGIBILTY: To be eligible for this giveaway, you must register with a valid e-mail address. Limit one online entry per valid E-mail address, per eligible person, per promotion. FEI Company will not be responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation of transmission, communication failures, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alterations of, entries. Multiple Email addresses by a single user, non-conforming or illegible entries will be disqualified. Use of automated devices is prohibited. All entries become the property of FEI Company.
   
   For text voting, entrant must provide a valid e-mail address to be entered into the giveaway.
   
   
3. SELECTION OF WINNERS: One (1) winner will be selected at random. Winner will be notified by e-mail and announced online at fei.com. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees, if any. Prize is not transferable by winner, and no request by winner for substitution of product, or cash in lieu of the stated prize, can be made. By registering for the giveaway and/or by voting, you are acknowledging your eligibility under the giveaway rules. Winner must claim Prize by replying to the notification E-mail within 48-hours following the attempted notification date and time, or the Prize will be forfeited. Prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an E-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning E-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted E-mail address. Any Prize or Prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. FEI Company will ship the prize pre-paid shipping to the winner.
   
   
4. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
   
   
5. RESTRICTIONS: You must be at least 18 years of age to enter. Employees/Agents (and their respective family members) of the following organizations are ineligible to participate or win a prize: FEI Company officers, directors, agents, partners, employees, subsidiaries, or service agencies [or independent contractors]. Offer void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local regulations apply.
   
   
6. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: FEI reserves the right to change or alter the terms and conditions of the contest as required without notification.
