Earlier this year, FEI announced a plan to consolidate our three Australian offices and that project is complete. As of January 1, 2015, all of FEI's Australia offices will be centralized at a single location in Canberra.  This office consolidation will have no impact on your access to FEI's world class service and support.

It is our goal to continue to provide the high level of service quality to which you are accustomed and to do whatever is in our power to improve the level of service provided. The Sales and Service Operations Centre has been relocated to Canberra and will expand from one to two staff members to better support our local operations. To facilitate greater accuracy and efficiency in our service response, we have promoted Fred Panebianco to the role of Service Supervisor. We are also increasing the number of engineers located in Australia in the next three months.  We believe these actions demonstrate FEI's commitment to providing our customers in Australia and New Zealand with the highest level of service possible.

Due to the closure of our office in Melbourne and consolidation of business in Canberra the FEIcustomer portal, "Nanoclub", was terminated as of January 1, 2015. This portal is a feature of a legacy business software that is being replaced by FEI's global enterprise resource system.
