Operations
With our combination of highly sophisticated products, ever-improving
designs and a global supply chain and production environment, we offer
a variety of challenging and dynamic career opportunities. Our Manufacturing Organization operates across three FEI locations
U.S.: (Portland, Oregon), Netherlands (Eindhoven) and the Czech
Republic (Brno). Our Materials and Planning group is divided into two teams: Sourcing to continually optimize our supply chain strategy and Planning & Controls to align customer demand with material availability and production capacity across all our factories.
Our Product Engineering team plays a central role in helping us
achieve a short time to market and a short time to volume for all new
product introductions. This group collaborates closely with our
Operations partners and R&D staff to ensure that aspects such as
design for manufacturing and design for cost are properly incorporated.
Following each new product release, we continue to focus on improving
product quality and reducing costs through product design optimization
and production process improvements.
