Tecnai™ with iCorr™- a fully integrated correlative solution

FEI’s fast, accurate and automated solution for correlative light and electron microscopy, Tecnai with iCorr is the first integrated light and electron microscope. Combining a fluorescence light microscope and electron microscope into a single, harmonized instrument, FEI’s newest technology affords users a streamlined approach to correlative microscopy.

Prepare samples

Correlative Sample Protocols

Acquire light microscopy images

Localize and store the structures of interest using fluorescence signal. Easily build a complete grid overview of your entire sample with the fluorescence mode, and discover regions of interest to conduct further analysis.

Find and store regions of interest

Identify regions of interest easily based on the fluorescence signal. Use the point-and-click feature to store those regions and acquire higher resolution images, using the electron microscope, to reveal structural information with precise context.

Automated image correlation

Gain the advantage of image correlation that’s automated and precise. Powerful software automatically overlays the electron microscopy images with user-specified fluorescence regions of interest, thereby preserving precise context.

Collect high resolution images to reveal ultra-structural detal

Investigate regions of interest at higher resolution, revealing the sub-cellular levels that bring about full context and critical information.
