A: There are two types of memberships on FEI.com; owners/users of FEI instruments, and site members. Registered owners and users of FEI instruments gain access to tools and resources within FEI.com for Owners. They are exclusive to instrument owners and a serial number and known customer email domain address is required for registration. FEI members gain access to the NanoCenter.

A: FEI.com for Owners is an area of the FEI.com Web site exclusively for FEI instrument owners. It contains information about training, UserClubs, upgrades, parts, service contracts, and owner forums.
Q: What is the NanoCenter?
The NanoCenter is an area of the FEI Web site which provides access to premium content, including product datasheets, together with nanotechnology and electron microscopy news feeds and event information.
Q: What are the terms of membership?
A: Registration is free and can be discontinued at any time. Registration includes a subscription to the FEI Focus Quarterly Newsletter and other communications from FEI. You may opt-out of these communications at any time. For more information, please review our privacy policy .
